A taxi driver is due in court following a reported crash in Glasgow city centre.
Emergency services responded to the scene on Union Street at its junction with Gordon Street at around 1.50pm on October 5.
It is alleged that the collision involved a taxi and four pedestrians.
Three women, a 60-year-old and two aged 61, were rushed to hospital for treatment.

Paramedics assessed a 50-year-old woman at the scene.
The 62-year-old driver of the taxi was also treated in hospital.
Police confirmed he has now been charged in connection with alleged road traffic offences.
He is expected to appear in court at a later date.
