A man has been found dead at a property in Clydebank.
Officers say they were made aware of the death of a man at Overtoun Court in the Dunswin Avenue area at around 11.20pm on October 17.
The 58-year-old’s death is being treated as ‘unexplained’.
Extensive enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
We previously reported that cops in forensics suits had been spotted in a nearby residential street on Thursday.
Officers are reported to be carrying out ‘activity’ at a property on York Street as part of an ongoing investigation.
It is understood that this activity is linked with enquiries into the death at Dunswin Avenue.

Multiple officers were pictured on the street at around 12.30pm today.
An eyewitness told the Glasgow Times that around eight cops were wearing what appeared to be forensic suits.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.20pm on Thursday, October 17, 2024, police received a report of the death of a 58-year-old man at a property in the Dunswin Avenue area of Clydebank.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and extensive enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
