Hundreds of people are expected to attend Remembrance Day parades throughout Renfrewshire.
On Sunday, November 10, parades will begin at various locations across the county from 9.45am.
A two-minute silence will also be held at 11am.
The parades will be hosted in Elderslie, Houston, Kilbarchan, Paisley, Lochwinnoch, Johnstone, Renfrew, Howwood, and Bridge of Weir.
Lorraine Cameron, Renfrewshire’s provost, said: "Renfrewshire has a proud military tradition and the services of commemoration are a chance to recognise those who have done so much to shape past, present, and future generations.
"It’s so important that we pay our respects to those who have given the ultimate sacrifice and I look forward to the community once again coming together to show their gratitude for all that have gone before us."
For those who cannot attend in person, local community radio station Johnstone Sound will be broadcasting the Johnstone service live from Houstoun Square.
