A 'beloved' cafe in Paisley has taken to social media to share some 'sad news'.
The owners of Spoons Coffee House, which is located on Causeyside Street in the town, announced the venue has been listed for 'sale'.
Announcing the news in a Facebook post, the food spot said it comes after a 'good few months of consideration'.

Bosses of the eatery revealed they want to 'move on and explore new opportunities' and also spend more time with their family.
They also said they will remain in the store every Monday to Friday until new owners are secured.
The coffee joint said: "It's with a very heavy heart we have some sad news that our beloved Spoons is up for sale.
"After a good few months of consideration, we have come to the decision of moving on to explore new opportunities and to also spend more time with our boy.
"We have met loads of new friends who we have no doubt we will stay in contact with.
"We cannot thank you all enough from the bottom of our hearts for being such a big part of our journey, also helping us win awards and for making our dream such a special experience.
"We will be forever grateful to the people of Paisley and beyond for helping us to support the community, helping the homeless with our pay forward scheme and also raising lots of funds for our chosen charity the Beatson Cancer Charity, it means the world to us.
"We will still be here Monday to Friday giving it 110% until we secure new owners.
"With love, Team Spoons."

Gutted punters of the venue flocked to the comments of the post to share their devastation about the news.
One said: "Certainly didn't see this coming! You guys have smashed it.
"Hope you get what you're after for it and best of luck in whatever you do next."
Another added: "Loveliest family. Massive good luck for the future. We'll be in soon for our last tuna and cheese paninis."
A third chimed: "Will miss it so much. Will always remember it as my first wee job."
Meanwhile, a fourth said: "Best wishes to you both on your next adventure. You have built an amazing business and the new owners will have big boots to fill."
