A van in Drumchapel was stopped by police after selling fireworks to the public, including underage children.
Officers carried out a search on a van around 12pm on Tuesday, November 5 where they found a 'significant' quantity of fireworks.
The force said the fireworks were 'being sold to the general public, including underage children.'
The fireworks have been seized for safe storage and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Trading Standards have also been notified.
Police Scotland says the items were seized 'before they could be used to commit harm within our communities.'
A spokesperson for the force said: "We remain committed to protecting the public over Bonfire Night and will continue to act on all intelligence to identify anyone responsible for the illegal sale, or criminal misuse of fireworks."
