A former bank in the West End of Glasgow could be turned into a coffee shop if approved by planners.
Plans to change the use of a vacant retail unit – which used to be a Nationwide Bank - in Anniesland to a coffee shop have been submitted to Glasgow City Council.
The application for 1635 Great Western Road includes internal alterations but no external signage.

Drawings accompanying the plans show that the shop would feature a seated area, customer toilets, and a kitchen.
Coffee and Cream Glasgow Ltd, the company behind the plans, state the venue would open from 8am to 8pm but does not specify on which days.
The application is currently pending consideration.
