A major supermarket chain has temporarily closed one of its Glasgow stores.
The Aldi shop on Duntreath Avenue in Drumchapel has shut to undergo a makeover.
The retailer revealed upgrades to the supermarket are aiming to make it an 'all-round better shopping experience' for punters and a 'more sustainable store'.
Changes will include increased chiller space, complete with new fridge doors, as well as additional room for the brand's Specialbuys and redesigned health and beauty and bakery sections.
The store closed on Monday, November 3 and will reopen on Friday, November 15, following the refurb.

Store Manager Craig Kilpatrick commented: “The store is looking fantastic, and we are really looking forward to welcoming back some familiar faces as well as new customers and supplying our local community with the everyday amazing products we have available.”
