COMMUTERS are being warned of ‘scam competitions’ reportedly offering free travel in Glasgow.
Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT), which operates the Glasgow Subway, said it is aware of ‘competitions’ offering people free travel on Smartcards and Zonecards.
The travel company is advising customers that these are not affiliated with the subway and not to click on any links.

A statement reads: “We are aware of scam competitions offering people free travel on Smartcards and Zonecards.
“Please be aware this is in no way affiliated with SPT Glasgow Subway and we advise not to click any links or disclose any personal information.”
