GLASGOW woke up to snowfall this morning as Storm Bert arrived in Scotland.
Yellow and amber weather warnings for rain, snow, ice, and wind are in place for much of the country until 9am on Sunday.
Despite Glasgow falling out with the areas covered by the warnings on the Met Office's map parts of the city have been covered by snow.
Our photographer Colin Mearns braved the cold to capture some incredible photos of Glaswegians making the most of the weather.

The snow has also caused travel chaos on rail and bus services to and from Glasgow.
ScotRail has warned commuters of 'disruption' on a number of its train lines in and around the city.
Meanwhile, West Coast Motors announced that most of its buses travelling to and from Glasgow today have been cancelled except service 17 (Glasgow city centre to Duntocher).

Various events have also been cancelled due to 'adverse weather conditions'.
Winterfest at George Square was set to officially open on Saturday however organisers said this would not be going ahead.
Staff say it is hoped that the market and fairground will be able to run from Sunday.
Two Christmas light switch-on events have also been cancelled amid Storm Bert.
South Lanarkshire Council announced that the events in Rutherglen and Cambuslang, which had been due to take place over the weekend, had been axed.
It was not stated as to whether or when the events will be rescheduled.
