Jim Goodwin has revealed Dundee United pushed for a second delay to kick-off for their match against Rangers.
The Scottish Premiership tie will begin at 3.45pm after it was delayed due to travel issues caused by Storm Bert snow.
Dundee United players only arrived at Ibrox shortly before 3pm and manager Goodwin was keen for kick-off to be pushed back to allow more time to prepare.

Speaking to BBC Scotland, Goodwin said: "The boys have just arrived at the stadium and the game is due to kick off in 45 minutes.
"We have asked the SPFL and Rangers to push it back again, but at the moment that is not happening.
"Kick-off is scheduled for 3.45pm and we will get our players as ready as close to that as we can."
