A fundraiser has been created for an East Kilbride family after a woman was found dead in a flat.
Phoenix Spencer-Horn’s loved ones were left “stunned and devastated” after the 21-year-old’s body was discovered within the property on Glen Lee in East Kilbride on Monday, November 18.
Ewan Methven, 26, appeared in court charged with murder in connection with the incident, but made no plea when he appeared in the dock at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.

We reported that a police presence was pictured at the flats on Tuesday, almost 24 hours after cops were first called to the area.
Now a community has rallied to support Phoenix’s family after the loss of their “beautiful angel”.
The GoFundMe reads: "A little help for the family at this difficult time "Phe was and is adored by her family. Anyone who knew Phe would know she would be grateful to anyone who is able to support her family at this time.
"This will also help give Phe the day she deserves."
Tributes have also been paid to Phoenix who has been described as a 'beautiful young girl' with 'her whole life ahead of her'.
One person said: "Beyond heartbreaking, poor girl and her family."
Another said: "Absolutely awful... that poor girl and what her family must be going through, I can't even begin to imagine. Thinking of her mum, dad and all who loved her."
A third added: "Rip beautiful."
A friend of Phoenix's said it was "an honour to have known and loved her", while another said: "Rip angel, a friendship I will never forget."
Another person said: "My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Phoenix. Such a beautiful girl with her life ahead of her."
Detective Chief Inspector Susie Cairns, Lanarkshire CID, said: “Phoenix’s family are obviously stunned and completely devastated by what has happened and we will continue to support them and those affected during this very distressing time.
It is believed Phoenix worked in the Strathaven Hotel as well as a cafe in the same town.
She previously attended Strathaven Academy.
