An amusement park in Lanarkshire has awarded a pupil the top prize in a poster competition to highlight Paisley’s Christmas.
Jetta Duncan, a primary four student from Lochwinnoch Primary School, claimed the top prize in the contest organised by M&D's Scotland's Theme Park.
The competition tasked the primary four/three class with designing a poster that captured the magic of the family event.
Jensen Taylor Connelly, director at M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park, said: "The designs were fantastic, all so colourful and imaginative.
"Jetta’s design will be created into a poster and displayed at our ice-rink.”
All participants received tickets for a free session on the ice rink, while Jetta was awarded vouchers for her family, including hot chocolate and churros.
Paisley’s Christmas, set to run from November 28 until December 28, will feature a programme of entertainment including the outdoor undercover ice rink.
