A hotel in Clydebank has gone up for sale with a price tag of £750,000.
West Park Hotel in Duntocher lies on Great Western Road and is being advertised by commercial agents Shepherd after hitting the property market in October this year.
The bar, restaurant, function rooms and 21-en-suite letting rooms as well as the terraced beer garden and car park have all been listed as part of the sale.
It is also located close to Clydebank Crematorium which is said to provide a significant degree of function business to the hotel.
The 'long-established' building is hoping to be sold to someone with a heritable interest in the property.
