A housebuilder has released the first new homes at a £9 million development in a Scottish village.
Avant Homes said it has received an “incredible response from potential buyers” for first of 31 new homes at the site.
The Craignethan Gate development in Glenboig, North Lanarkshire comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and features six of Avant Homes’ energy efficient house styles.
Prices for the new homes range from £219,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached house to £367,995 for the four-bedroom detached homes.
