FIRE crews raced to Glasgow city centre following a report of a kitchen fire.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) were called to Pitt Street at around 6.50am following reports of a blaze within a premises.
Five fire engines were sent to the scene, with them pictured outside Lamino Pizza House on the corner of Pitt Street and Sauchiehall Street.
A spokesperson confirmed a small blaze have been extinguished in a kitchen prior to their arrival.
An SFRS spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 6.48am on Thursday, July 13, to reports of a fire within a premises on Pitt Street, Glasgow.
"Operations Control mobilised a total of five fire appliances to the scene, however a small fire within a kitchen had been extinguished prior to our arrival."
