Phillip Schofield sends message to Holly Willoughby on This Morning
Phil had hoped his regular co-host would return for Thursday’s show as he sent a message to his colleague on Wednesday.
Speaking on Wednesday morning’s instalment of This Morning he said: "We were texting Holly all afternoon yesterday.
"It's a tummy bug that is going around everywhere, it's apparently only a two day thing - she has lost her appetite, so it'd be a shame not to come in as we've got great food later!"
He added: "Morning Hols, hope you're okay - I'll text you later and hopefully see you tomorrow."
