Jamie Dornan leads the cast of the first major primetime drama for BBC One in 2022, with The Tourist.
This mystery-thriller sees Dornan's character, who is not named, run off the road by a tanker truck in the Australian outback.
When he comes to in hospital he has no memory of who he is, and then discovers he is being pursued by enemies he does not know and has to venture into the wilderness in search of the truth.
The series was created by Jack and Harry Williams, who have also had a hand in Baptiste and The Missing.
When will BBC's The Tourist be on TV?
The Tourist will air its first episode at 9pm on BBC One on Saturday January 1.
It will have six episodes in total, with the second episode airing the following day and all subsequent episodes airing on the proceeding Sundays.
