A popular Greene King pub chain has unveiled an unusual burger in hundreds of its bar and grill locations across the country.
The Flaming Grill has introduced a candy-floss chicken burger to 145 of its pubs nationwide and says that its new menu item is inspired by nostalgic memories of the funfair.

The unique menu item includes a classic chicken burger topped with skewered candy floss and is accompanied by a sweet cherry cola sauce, a cream-filled doughnut, popcorn, and a Dip Dab sherbet.
Flaming Grill's All the Flamin' fun of the Fair
The Flaming Grill has also introduced a shared menu item for everyone to enjoy!
The All the Flamin' fun of the Fair sharer item includes two signature smoked chicken burgers skewered with candy floss and is served with four boneless chicken wings coated in a sour cherry cola sauce.
The order also includes a serving of popcorn and onion rings as well as two cream-filled doughnuts topped with a chocolate-flavoured sauce.
There is also a portion of fries, A Dip Dab sherbert dip, and a sour cherry cola sauce.
The sharer item starts at £16.49 but prices may vary depending on the pub.
Alternatively, the sharer menu also included cajun spiced chicken, spicy flattened steak skewer, and Jamaican chicken created by Datties Soul Food Academy.
Greene King's October deals
Recently, Greene King pubs announced the launch of kids' menu deals aimed at keeping the family fed this October half-term holiday.
The Flaming Grill announced that it would launch a family bundle that would allow patrons to order two kids' and two adult meals for only £15.
Another Greene King chain, Farmhouse Inns, said that email subscribers could claim two kids' meals for £1 as long as the children are accompanied by a paying adult.
Hungry Horse will also offer free kids meals for children accompanied by a paying adult.
