Love Island is back for its 2023 summer series and some viewers might be curious as to where it is filmed?
All the islanders live in a stunning residence during the course of filming which lasts a few months, taking in the glorious weather and its great facilities.
Whilst many viewers would be aware the show is filmed in Europe, here's exactly where the villa is.
Where is Love Island 2023 filmed?
Love Island is filmed on the island of Mallorca of the Spanish coast, as reported by INews.
The actual villa is located on the green and rugged landscape of the island’s east coast near the town of Sant Llorenç.
The residence has an estimated worth of £2.7m and includes a bedroom, lounge, make-up room, bathroom, beach hut, balcony, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool and fire pit.
Reportedly the Love Island villa has also undergone an eco-friendly refurbishment for 2023, with solar panels installed to reduce its carbon footprint.
Does Love Island air on Saturdays?
Similar to the show's format over previous years, a new episode of Love Island does not air on Saturdays.
However, you can tune in (or catch up) with Love Island: Unseen Bits for even more villa content.
The unseen bits spin-off features exclusive content from that week in the villa that didn't make it into the main show in order to give the islanders a day off from filming.
Love Island airs weekdays and on Sundays at 9 pm on ITV2 and on ITVX.
