Fans of the hugely popular BBC drama Call the Midwife have been given a massive season 14 update and shown a backstage picture.
The popular programme shared a behind-the-scenes photo of the actors on set and said that filming was only a few weeks away from ending.

In the photograph, Nurse Crane can be seen gesturing with her little finger as if she is about to make a pinky promise about something, according to The Sun.
