GLASWEGIANS hoping to treat their mum to a day out today or simply wanting to enjoy the last bit of the weekend are in luck with today's weather.
Temperatures are set to reach 17 degrees today, with the Met Office guidance suggesting a high of 19 degrees in the Central Belt.
The sun is set to be shining all day until around 7pm this evening, so Glasgow's parks and beer gardens will likely be packed.
Tomorrow will see sunny spells with patchy clouds, and feeling warm again in the sunshine with light winds.
Met Office guidance says that there will perhaps be an odd shower, but the 17-degree heat will continue.
We'll have to make the most of this unusually early summer weather as the Met Office advise that temperatures will drop a little from later on in the week, with frost expected from Tuesday to Thursday.
