A POPULAR city centre business has announced it will be closing next month.
Nailco Nail Bar on Glasgow's Hope Street took to Facebook to announce and explain the decision.
The owner said: "It is with huge sadness that we announce the closures of our salons from April 20.
"There are a number of reasons for the closure, all of them are financial.
"Spiralling running costs, Covid recovery loans and huge levels of disproportionate taxation everywhere you turn are at the forefront of this immensely difficult and painful decision."

They continued to thank all their customers for their loyalty.
They added: "This is an incredibly difficult time for businesses, especially small ones."
Numerous businesses in Glasgow city centre have been announcing closures in the past few months, inclusding huge retailers Marks and Spencer and Sports Direct.
