A YOUNG MAN has been rushed to hospital with stab wounds after being attacked in the East End.
The 16-year-old was assaulted in Dalmarnock Road near Muslin Street last night.
The incident happened sometime between 9pm and 10pm.
He was treated for his injuries at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and his condition is described as serious but stable.
Detective Constable Sarah Steven from Shettleston CID said: "Enquiries are at an early stage to establish exactly what happened and I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the assault, or noticed anything suspicious, to contact us.
“Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland via telephone number 101, quoting incident number 3650 of March 27, 2022.
"Alternatively, calls can be made anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
