A MAN was taken to hospital following an assault in the city's Govan.
Emergency services were called to Langlands Road just after 12pm on Monday after reports of a man having been assaulted.
The 54-year-old was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with injuries to the face.
Police Scotland has confirmed that an investigation is underway.

A spokesperson said: “Around 12.10 pm on Monday, April 4 2022, police attended a report of a man having been assaulted in Langlands Road, Govan.
“The 54-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he was treated for a facial injury.
“Police enquiries are ongoing.”
