After eight years of building a reputation as the go-to spot for pizza in the capital city, Civerinos has its sights firmly set on Glasgow.
Named as 'the coolest place to eat in Edinburgh' by GQ magazine, the eatery has become well known for its New York inspired slices and family recipe Italian street food since opening in 2014.
They now run a total of four restaurants at Hunter Square, Forrest Road, Portobello Promenade and in Corstorphine.
It has now been announced that we can expect to see two of the same old-school new york neighbourhood style hangouts full of neon lights open in Glasgow in the coming months.
Although owners Michele and Olivia Civeria have yet to reveal the exact locations of their new homes, we do know that they will be serving their signature 20-inch pizzas 'as big as yer heid' for sit in or takeaway.

Until then, the team are searching for a potential pop-up space in Glasgow and urges anyone who might be interested to contact Director of Operations Mark De’Mar at info@civerinos.com.
Civerinos CEO Michele Civeria said: “We’ve been trying to get to Glasgow since 2020 and after a few stumbles along the way, and a whole pandemic.
"I’m delighted to now get started on opening our west coast Slice venues.
“We’re looking for a friendly location to host us until we’re fully in brick and mortar so that we can host all our friends, family and people of Glasgow.
"Come visit us for a slice when we open."
