DRAMATIC pictures show the aftermath of a fire that engulfed a double-decker bus in Glasgow yesterday.
A First Glasgow double-decker was seen covered in flames on the afternoon of April 23 at Renfield Street.
We previously reported that fire crews had attended the scene.
After the fire was extinguished, emergency crews were seen surrounding the devastating site.
Yellow fire service tape was in place around the area where the bus had stopped.
The glass from the driver's window had completely shattered, while the top deck window was mostly intact but covered in ash.
Debris from the front of the bus was strewn on the road in front of it.
Police confirmed that a man was taken to hospital for treatment following the incident.
The 54-year-old's injuries are not known.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are in attendance at a vehicle fire on Renfield Street to assist with traffic management.
"A 54-year-old man has gone to hospital for treatment."
