STILL GAME fans will get the chance to meet their heroes in Glasgow this weekend.
Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill, known for starring as Glaswegian pensioners Jack and Victor in the comedy series, will be appearing at The Whisky Shop in Buchanan Galleries on Saturday.
The duo will be signing bottles of their Jack and Victor brand whisky and gin for fans.
Ford Kiernan said: “Jack and Victor love a wee sip while they’re sharing a story, and they’d be over the moon to know just how delightful a tipple Scots have found their drinks.
"Whether it’s a dram with family or a G and T with friends, the Craiglang gentlemen have you covered.”
Greg Hemphill added: “I know Victor would love a bottle signed by his old pal Jack and I’m sure it would sit pride of place in his living room – until he finished it, that is!”
Jack and Victor Blended Scotch Whisky, priced at £42, has tastes of honeyed orchard fruits and sweet malted barley.
The whisky also has a peat smokiness and notes of fresh vanilla and oak spice.
Still Gin, also £42, was created after fans demanded something ‘filtered through the heather’. It contains notes of cherry blossom, juniper berries, pink grapefruit and orange are complemented with heather flowers.
Donald Darroch, Store Manager at The Whisky Shop, Glasgow, said: “We’re just a short bus ride from Craiglang if you want to get your own bottle of Jack and Victor’s tipple - just don’t tell Bobby where you got it from!”
Ford and Greg will be at the Whisky Shop, Ground Floor, Buchanan Galleries from 10am on Saturday, April 30, 2022.
There will be limited numbers of whisky and gin bottles to purchase, and purchases may be made by over 18s only.
