POLICE have made an arrest after a man died in hospital from injuries.
Emergency services were called to the city's Sandyhills area just before 8pm on Sunday night.
A 47-year-old man was found injured within a property on Glenalmond Street.
He was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with his injuries, where he sadly died shortly after.
Police Scotland has confirmed that a 48-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7.50pm on Sunday, May 1 2022, police received a report of a 47-year-old man injured within a property in Glenalmond Street, Glasgow.
"The man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital but died a short time later.
"A 48-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
"A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
