ST ENOCH Centre was evacuated earlier today after a "suspicious item" was found outside.
Police officers were alerted of the incident just after 4pm today outside the building, near Dunlop Street.
A cordon was set up and the centre was evacuated while authorities dealt with the situation.
Police Scotland has confirmed that the item posed no threat and has been removed.
The cordon was also lifted.

A spokesperson said: "A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 4.10pm on Friday, 6 May, police were called to a report of a suspicious item outside the St Enoch Centre, near Dunlop Street, Glasgow.
"Officers attended and the area was cordoned off. The centre was evacuated as a precaution.
"The item has been removed and it posed no threat. The cordon has been lifted and officers have left the scene."
