A man is due in court today in connection with the murder of a man in Blantyre more than three years ago.
The 25-year-old was arrested and charged by police in connection with the death of Rafal Lyko.
We previously reported that Mr Lyko, 36, was discovered dead at Greenhall Park in the town on February 11, 2019.
He had been on holiday from Poland to visit family residing in the Tayside area. His body was discovered just two days after he arrived in Scotland.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the murder of Rafal Lyko in 2019.
"The 36-year died at Greenhall Park in Blantyre on Monday, February 11, 2019.
"The man is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, May 9, 2022."
