A forensic tent has been erected in the garden of a North Glasgow home as police continue to investigate an 'unexplained death'.

A police spokesperson said: “We were called to Rye Road, Glasgow, around 12.10 pm following the death of a 50-year-old woman.
“The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are at an early stage.”
Photographs taken at the scene this morning show that a home on the residential is still locked down as enquiries continue.
The large blue forensic tent has been placed in the garden of the property with an officer standing guard.
Within the cordon, a shopping trolley with the words "Please return to Paisley Sev Mill Street" lies on its side.
