A woman was taken to hospital last night following a police incident that saw a stretch of the M8 near Glasgow Airport shut for over three hours.
The Glasgow Times previously reported that emergency services rushed to respond to a report of 'concern for a person' at junction 28 of the M8 Eastbound at around 5:45 pm.

There has been no further information given regarding her condition at this time.
