A NUMBER of beauty salons in and around Glasgow have won top prizes at an awards show. 

The Scottish Nails Brows Lashes (NBL) Awards 2022 were held at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow last weekend, celebrating the best in the country when it comes to beauty treatments.  

Hidden Beauty in Scotstoun earned three accolades: Lash Lift Specialists of the Year, Nail Bar of the Year for Glasgow and Best Customer Experience. 

East End beautician CEA's Studio beat all other competitors in Scotland to be crowned Nail Technician of the Year.

Many awards were scooped up by venues surrounding the Glasgow area, including Lash Bar of the Year which was awarded to Glam Up Together in Kirkintilloch. 

They also took home the award for Beauty Team of the Year. 

Frenchie Fabulous in Cambuslang won Best Nail Art, Perfect Polish co. in Hamilton won Nail Educator of the Year, and Cumbernauld's All Eyes on Me took home the prize of Best Brow Bar.
