THE body of a man has been found in a forest in North Lanarkshire yesterday.
Police say the family of missing man Alexander McMillan have been made aware of the discovery.
The body was found around 5.10pm on Wednesday, June 1, in Barr Hill Forest, near Kilsyth.

The 46-year-old had been missing for over a month, after being seen for the last time on Monday, April 25.
Officers had scaled up their search and enquiries after the man had been missing for a week.
Formal identification is yet to take place, but the death is not being treated as suspicious.
