A MAN was rushed to hospital after emergency services rescued him from the River Clyde.
Police officers and ambulance services arrived at Clyde Street in the city centre just before 2pm today.
This is after they received reports of a person struggling in the water.
After being pulled to safety, the person was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where his condition is not known.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called around 1.50pm on Sunday, June 5, to Clyde Street, Glasgow following reports of a person in difficulty in the water.
"Emergency services attended, a man was rescued from the River Clyde and taken by ambulance the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment."
The ScottishAmbulance Service was approached for comment.
