POLICE officers seized a car and fined a driver in North Glasgow.
Members of the force posted a picture on Twitter of a black vehicle in Springburn, after they have stopped the driver.

Officers from @polscotrpu spotted this car in #Springburn. It transpired that the insurance policy had been cancelled by the insurer & driver informed-however they failed to take any action.

After realising that the vehicle's insurance has been cancelled and the owner failed to reinstate it, officers seized it.
The driver was also fined for £200 and issued a fixed penalty of six point.
