A BUSY section of a Glasgow road is to be closed for works.
Duke Street will be shut Eastbound between High Street and John Knox Street from today.
The restriction will be in place until Thursday, June 23 and delays are expected in the area.
The closure will be in place to allow BT Openreach manhole and chamber refurbishment works.

Diversions will be as follows:
Eastbound – High Street, Castle Street, John Knox Street, Duke Street
Southbound – High Street, Gallowgate, Barrack Street, Hunter Street, Duke Street.
Drivers should be careful in the area.
