Reports of man acting 'suspiciously' prompt police to scour Renfrew area
REPORTS of a man acting 'suspiciously' have prompted a police search.
Officers responded to speculation on social media that a male individual was in a car and acting suspiciously in the Renfrew area.
They began searching the area this afternoon after being made aware of the reports.
Cops confirmed that they could not establish any criminal activity after conducting enquiries.
Police are aware of a post that was circulating on social media earlier today regarding a man in a car acting suspiciously in the Renfrew area.
