COPS investigating an "assault" in the city centre have confirmed that "no criminality has been established".
Emergency services were called to Union Street on Thursday, June 30 at around 11.30am following reports of a man being found seriously injured.
The 48-year-old man was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital to be treated for his injuries and the road was closed between Argyle Street and Gordon Street for several hours.
Now, officers investigating the incident have confirmed that no assault took place.
They thanked members of the public who assisted with their enquiries.
