A MAN has been rushed to hospital after a disturbance at a property.
A police helicopter was seen circling the area near Gartcraig Street in Coatbridge where the alarm was raised on Sunday morning.
Emergency crews rushed to the area where a 28-year-old man was found injured.
He was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital to be treated.
His current condition is not known.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to reports of a disturbance at a property on Gartcraig Street, Coatbridge at around 11.15am on Sunday, July 10, 2022.
“Emergency services attended and a 28-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
