A new cafe celebrating a beloved Glasgow food staple will open this weekend.
Finding a home within the bustle of the Barras Market, Hutch will serve a selection of filled morning rolls, either Mortons or McGhee's, depending on your preference.
It's the latest venture from the team behind popular cocktail bar The Gate which is found a stone's throw away from the market.
Alongside classic fillings, we can look forward to a carefully curated collection of five signature 'house rolls' that are sure to prove a hit.

From The McIver, a 'Cubano sandwich given a Glasgow makeover' to the Captain Birdsaye, celebrating 'Glasgow’s long-established love affair with the chippy' the menu is a reflection of owner Andy Gemmell's love for his neighbourhood.
Speaking of Hutch, Andy said: “I have been trying to get a cafe around the area for a while, so when the opportunity came to open one in the middle of The Barras I jumped at the chance.
“ I love great pubs for their connection to the community and Glasgow cafes are exactly the same. I love the area; its history, the people, and its character.
“I’ve been working in the Gallowgate for over six years, I’m still a newcomer, but I quite like that, you have to prove you belong here.
“With Hutch I knew that I had to have an offering that would appeal to traders and also bring down new folk down to the market.
“I am very proud to be part of The Barras which is going from strength to strength.”
The Hutch Will open from 10 am on Saturday, July 23.
