A North Glasgow path will reopen after two years as construction on a new bridge nears its ends.
The section of the Forth & Clyde Canal towpath will once again be accessible following closure to allow the construction of Stockingfield Bridge.
Scottish Canals announced that the 500 metre path from Stockingfield Junction to Ruchill Street is due to open tomorrow.

Scheduled to be ready in autumn, the cycle and foot bridge will connect the communities of Maryhill, Ruchill and Gilsochill.
It will also complete the last linkage in the canal towpath.
A green space and eight art projects will be installed around the structure to further establish it in the community.
