A BELOVED pizza place in Glasgow's Southside has announced it will close.
Stefano's Pizzeria broke the news to loyal customers on Facebook last week.
Owners said the restaurant will stay open for "a few months" but did not disclose a date for closing.

The post read: "Hello pizza dudes, well the word is out…
"I have decided after almost 2 decades to hang up the pizza baton.
"I will still be working for another few months yet so please pop in before we go.
"It has been an absolute pleasure working in the Southside for all these years and we will miss you all dearly.
"Thank you for your custom and all the laughs."
Regulars took to the comments to express their disappointment but also wish pizza maker Janine good luck.
One customer wrote: " I am so sad Stefano’s won’t be there. I’m not home that often but just seeing that sign gives me comfort and connects me to a very important part of my life."
Another local commented: "Can’t believe my favourite pizza palace is closing."

A third comment read: "Absolutely delighted for you. Will miss the pizza of course... need to make a weekly order before those doors close!"
Another regular said: "Nooooo! Really sad day for the southside! Good luck to everyone for the future! Make sure that secret recipe is passed on!"
Stefano's Pizzeria is located on Cathcart Road and was established in 1983.
