The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed two appliances attended the blaze, which was extinguished around 10pm.
No casualties were reported.
Glasgow City Council said the fire was contained and limited to the soffits at the roof, above the boiler house.
They added work to repair the area is being carried out as soon as possible and will have no impact on the schools returning from the summer break next week.
According to the school's website, teachers will return to work on August 15, while pupils are expected back in the classroom on August 17.
Police Scotland confirmed they are not investigating the fire.
