ROD Stewart has revealed his backstage routine with his fans as he continues his tour. 

The Baby Jane singer, 77, posted a video to his Instagram account showing his followers how he gets ready to go on stage and perform. 

In the short clip, he can be seen stretching his legs and jumping around. 

He captioned the video: "Ever wondered about my pre-gig warm-up? Always time to get limber for you lot." 

Fans loved it, with one commenting: "Could I love you any more?"

Another said: "You're amazing Rod."

While a third added: "You're just way too cute! What a personality!"

But the singer's pre-show antics didn't amuse everyone, as a crew member looked far from pleased while holding Sir Rod's microphone. 

One fan commented: "The guy in the background watching him."

Another said: "Chap behind you not looking too impressed." 

Sir Rod is currently embarking on his 2022 tour The Hits! and commences the North American leg on August 12.
