Teen arrested after 'entering woman's flat' and 'exposing himself'
A teenager has been arrested following a report of a man allegedly breaking into a woman's house while she was sleeping and exposing himself.
An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with indecent exposure and theft by housebreaking.

The alleged incident reportedly happened around 3am on Tuesday, August 9, at an address in Elizabeth Street, when a woman woke to find an unknown man in her flat.
The suspect is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday, August 12.
Detective sergeant Larry Dempsey, of Govan CID, said: “We take reports of these incidents very seriously.
"I would to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.”
