STUNNING images show thunderstorms hitting Glasgow and surrounding areas on Sunday night, as a yellow weather warning remains in place.

The Met Office is warning people in the Central Belt, the South of Scotland and parts of the Highlands of additional thunderstorms today.
A second yellow weather warning will be in force for the rest of the day, until 11.59pm, while a first one came to an end this morning.
