Three young Motherwell fans were gifted a drum to help them make a noise at matches by Edwyn Collins, singer in iconic Glasgow band Orange Juice.
Jack McGarry, 10, Lyle Fleming, 11, Fraser Johnstone, 10, and Mark Johnstone, 12, have used a variety of improvised objects to show their support at Fir Park, including an empty mayonnaise bucket as well as an old drawer beaten with bamboo sticks.
A video of the lads caught the eye of Collins, whose wife is a fan of the Steelmen, and he approached the Well Society to get in touch with the boys.
The trio were then invited to the bandstand in Kelvingrove Park on Saturday to watch the singer's soundcheck - and receive a real drum of their own.
Collins also donated drum sticks and beaters, as well as a bag to carry the instrument in.
It will make its debut against Livingston at Fir Park on Saturday, with the boys planning to make themselves heard in the Davie Cooper Stand.
Derek Watson, of the Well Society, said: “Back in May, I think it was, I saw a video of the wee guys playing so I put something on Twitter.
"They got a mayonnaise tub out of Upper Crust one day on the way to a game, cleaned it out and have been using it as a drum in the Cooper stand, just trying to copy what's going on in the John Hunter Stand."
