CCTV images have been released of a man police wish to speak to following an assault in Airdrie.
At around 1.05am on Saturday, May 21, a 41-year-old man was assaulted at the taxi rank in Stirling Street.
He sustained a facial injury as a result and required hospital treatment.
Police have now released images of a man they believe has information that may assist them in their investigation into the assault.
Detective Constable Katy Goldie of CID said : "I would urge anyone with information relating to the man in the CCTV image to contact police as soon as possible."
The man pictured is described as around 5ft 10in tall with a medium build and is between 20 to 30 years old.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact police via 101, quoting incident number 0294 of Saturday, May 21.
