POLICE have provided an update on an 'incident' which saw a Glasgow road closed for hours.
We previously reported that the Green was closed between Kings Drive and the Clyde Gateway on Saturday afternoon due to a crash.
Officers have since confirmed that two vehicles were involved and a 21-year-old man would be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police were called around 2.20pm on Saturday, August 20, 2022 following the report of a two-vehicle road crash on Greenhead Street, Glasgow.
“The road was cleared around 4.25pm and a 21-year-old man will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences.”
